BARDOT (Wynwood)
Back in 2010 I got a call from my friend artist Paula Izidoreck asking me to partner with her for this project. Bardot was under construction and we had to paint all the walls with an original faux finish and do a Collage mural on the hallway entrance. This was my first project participating for Amir Ben Zion. Some time after we finished this project Paula moved back to California. I would later work for Amir on GiGi with artist Illana Lillienthal and later I would also do Southstreet, Cooper Av. and The Garage. http://www.bardotmiami.com/ http://www.facebook.com/bardotmiami?ref=ts&fref=ts Bardot is an intimate live music venue located in Miami's Design and Art District in Wynwood. A small living room setting mixed with state of the art sound make it ideal for artists to perform and enthusiasts to let loose. Inspired by the revolution in nightclubs between the 1920s (Berlin Cabarets) and the 1960s (London Rock Bars), equipped with state-of-the-art video and sound systems, Bardot is a meeting place where service is paramount and privacy guaranteed, where beauty in every form is nurtured and the unexpected is to be expected. It is also the best live music venue outside NY and LA. The programming showcases the best bands in Florida as well as top performers in every genre. Publishers, promoters, decision-makers, movers&shakers sit in the audience every night attended to by the gorgeous female bartenders, and take in the show and the scene.
